What is TimeToPet?

Time to Pet is a revolutionary app and database we use to keep track of all of our sitters, buddies, and update pet parents with visit summaries and pictures!

Through our time to pet app you can do the following:

  • Enter required pet information

  • Receive updates/photos

  • Message our team

  • Request new services

  • Cancel scheduled services

What is the scheduling process?

Feel free to schedule with through our TimeToPet (TTP) login, through text, call, or email. The Buddy System’s work phone number is (919)-228-9338

We offer free introductory visits when scheduling services with one of our trusted sitters.

Upon service request we confirm your booking in TTP and via email

Note: for requests over $100 we require a 50% deposit before services are completed and 50% after. (Hour time ranges may apply for daily visits to account for traffic, travel, and delays.)

What are the cancelation fees?

There are no cancelation fees up until 48 hours (2 days) prior to scheduled services.

Note: After 48 hours 50% of the initial deposit (25% of total) will be put towards future services and the other 50% (25% of total) will be deducted from the account balance.

When I tip where does it go?

All tips go directly to the sitters who completed the scheduled services.

Note: Tipping privately via cash or Venmo is not accepted.
