Guide to client’s homes
Smile! You’re more than likely on camera! Many of our clients ensure that their homes are safe while they are away and have cameras set up in many locations, so we always assume we are being watched.
Making sure to take into account animal body language and respect for boundaries, complete the outlined services on your schedule.
We enter with the provided key/door code/garage code and announce ourselves as to not startle any people or buddies. Older dogs especially may be startled easily and need a quick “Hey Buddy!” to notice our arrival.
Whether it be a 15-minute Potty Break, All-Inclusive visit, 30-minute walk, or Overnight Stay we always send an update to the owner, including at least one picture of each furry family member and an written summary describing the care we provided during that time.
